„Surrogacy“
We’re standing here
In solidarity
Dressed in red
Because we don’t
We don’t forget
We won’t,
No, we won’t let
Let you forget
Forget about these women
That’s what they
That’s what we are
We’re WOMEN
HUMAN
Not just uteruses
On two legs
For you to serve
And give birth
To innocent children
Where’s your „Human
Dignity is inviolable“
When it’s really needed?
We could shout and scream
Yet you let it seem
Like it’s your damn
Right to feel seen,
That your suffering
Is much more valid
Than we could ever be
Did you ever choose life though?
I dare you to tell me
Did you choose your life
Or was it your parents‘ choice
But you weren’t asked
Unborn you’ve got no voice
We’ve all been little kids
Who are you to not give
A single damn about us
Not about the children
Not about their mothers
Not if they might die
For you to then steal her child?
I mean, can’t you see
That’s fucked up what you did?
Tell me, do you know
Really know what empathy is?
While your wish for a child
Your „wish for a baby“
— And I really mean it
— is relatable, valid
You may think twice
Because freedom always
Stops where you harm human rights
Your wish for a child
Though is not a human right
But all these destroyed lives
Of these women,
These, their children
Oh yes, for sure, for real, indeed
Your actions scream louder
Show what you really are
Egotistical and big creeps
Because the mere thought
To rent a woman’s body
With the risk for her to die
For you it’s just an „inconvenience“
An inhuman, sinful contract
You’re such a shame
Acting like you’re the biggest victim
And again, us evil women are to blame
Stop with this audacity
We won’t sit and stare
Silently while watching, feeling
Living all these nightmares
Which aren’t dreams anymore
Now it’s forever your fault
Hope you’re ashamed to your core
Because you let these nightmares
Selfishly become a daily reality
